You guys, if you have seen the video for this at 12 tomatoes, you might have thought it looked amazing too! I made it and I will make it over and over and over again. Absolutely loved it. Perfect way to use up that spaghetti squash. Original called for balsamic vinegar reduction… I skipped it. I have a 10 year old.
