That’s Wyoming

I’m a family photographer in Southeast Wyoming.

A place where the weather is as temperamental as a teenage girl.

It’s moods change from hour to hour.

It had been nearly 80 degrees the day before.

It was 35 when these were taken.

It had been pouring rain just 10 miles up the road.

But just around the corner… was sleepy fog on top of the mountains. And sunshine.

I asked that morning if they were still up for pictures, knowing I had two little girls and knowing it would be cold.

The response…. we’re tough Wyoming girls, we can handle it. And they did. Beautifully.
