She is the last of her siblings. I have photographed all three of them now. Helping usher them into the next stage of life by freezing it for just a second. I saw them all become adults.
She went from a gangly girl to an incredibly poised young woman. And seriously guys, those eyes. Kind of amazing.
I can’t imagine what her parents are feeling.
Truly empty nesting, I’m sure. In fact I know.
But when I asked her if she was ready to go. She said “I’ve been ready since I started high school!”
Sounds a lot like I was .
It’s good to be ready. Even though when the time comes it’s really hard to actually leave.
She will be amazing. She will lead a life in and full of sunshine. I can’t wait to hear of all her adventures!
