I have a capable husband, thank goodness for that. He likes to cook, though he complains that he still, after all these years, doesn’t know what I actually like to eat. But, that has never bothered him. And that’s part of what I love about him. He lets me just have my idiosyncrasies and I let him have his.
He made these for work the other day, and made an extra pan for us and our dinner guests. They are nothing difficult, but sometimes the easiest things to cook are the best.
It was also his birthday other day, and I think he might finally be done celebrating, sans a fishing trip this coming weekend. Our birthdays go on and on around here because they all meld together. We all kind of love that.
