Edamame and Lima Bean Salad

So, I didn’t cook all that much this past week. In fact, I didn’t get out of bed for two days. Whatever was in the air hit me pretty hard. Luckily this only happens every couple of years or so. But, unfortunately, it happened while my husband was away. So my poor little boy who isn’t supposed to be around sick people, had to take care of me. And that he did. I woke up one time and he had cooked me egos and tea for supper. And then wanted to run me a bath. Be still my heart for the size of his.

Anyway, to say the least, I haven’t cooked and I was CRAVING something real to eat. Something green that didn’t come out of a can.  And I happened upon this awesome  recipe in one of my feeds.
