Thursday’s Threads

So I got quite a few emails thanking me for starting this little project….. mostly tall girls who liked the idea of sharing where to buy things. Which, let me tell you something, I spent a lot of my formative years in pants that were too short. It’s not that fun. People kind of make fun of you.  Short pants are the worst, unless they are short on purpose, which is one of the reasons men probably think women are so complicated…… we don’t want short pants unless they are short on purpose.

Anyway, its summer time. Oh how I love summer time.  Except the whole bathing suit thing. But I love airy, breezy clothes. And I love white.  Of course I love white clothes. I love a white clean house. I love white clean crisp clothes as well.

So here I have a tank from J Crew. A yellow scarf from AE (It’s my new favorite scarf….I love love love scarves), a yellow polka dot belt from who knows where (I have no idea really and I couldn’t find one to show you all.) White pants from Banana republic (tall of course), twill jacket from Ann Taylor Loft and nude shoes from Nine West. When I wear yellow, I almost always where my sunshine bracelet. Which I had made at Etsy. The other bracelets were also from Etsy and I love them because you can just wear one or all of them. I also have to tell you all. I never pay full price for my clothing, unless I really need it or it’s a pair of jeans. I will normally keep a look out for things and then wait for them to go on sale. And I almost never pay shipping (as most everything I buy is online.)
