This is an oldie but a goodie. I posted this a few years back and have been making it for a summer time treat ever since. I just have to be careful that I share it with people, which nine times out of ten…. I don’t. It’s that addicting. We tend to make one for other people and then end up making another to have around the house. My husband and I eat and eat until it’s gone. Much like brownies, it doesn’t last that long. Which it not really conducive to the contest I’m suppose to be participating in. (I have a feeling I’m loosing horribly….but have no fear, I might come from behind and kick some butt, you never can tell)
Mix a pack of cream cheese with 1/2 cup of milk until it’s smooth. Add the box of Oreo pudding (you can actually use any kind, but this kind just called to me since I don’t have enough self control to keep Oreos in my house, I have to buy the pudding instead and make things like this and take to someone else to eat) with another 1 1/2 cups of milk. Mix until creamy. Put it in a pre bought oreo cookie crust. Whip up some whipped cream with heavy whipping cream and a little powdered sugar (can you tell by now that I have a thing about homemade whipped cream) or you can buy the cool whip and throw it on there.
This is the perfect thing to take to carry in’s. It takes 10 minutes to make and normally gets gobbled right up!
