The thing about me.
I like spontaneity.
I like out of the ordinary.
I like messy.
Being perfectly coiffed…. not necessary in my world.
So a while back, it was one of those after noons where the clouds opened up and the flood gates were opened.
And instead of canceling a session, I asked “Do you just want to go play in the puddles?” Praying they would say yes.
And of course they did. Because, my clients are just that…my clients. Most have been with me long enough to know that jumping in puddles would be WAY more fun.
It’s what I try to do in my life and my work. Rain will come. It always does. But playing in the puddles makes it worth it.
