Often times my favorite people move away. Favorite clients. Favorite friends. Both. And I have been amazingly lucky to keep in touch with them. The internet is so great for that. And we get to visit each other. And if I’m REALLY lucky, I still get to take their pictures. Especially on a day in February when it’s over 60 degrees! WHAT?
These are some of favorite. They will come to the house with luggage and everything gets sprawled all over the living room or office. I love it when my clients visit and sprawl things all over. It’s chaotic and fun and I get to play with the kids. I love it! I get to see the behind the scenes of chaos that I know most families go through before pictures. I know it can be stressful… the getting ready part, especially with little ones!
She turned one. I had not met her yet. She was still cooking the last time I saw her. And her sister… a ball full of energy that doesn’t stop for a single second. Ever. And she talks and talks and talks. And the baby listens and laughs.
Dad wasn’t able to join us (we missed you!!!), but I think we were able to get some awesome mommy and daughter shots.
Thank you for letting me do this for you friend. I love getting to squeeze those cheeks.
