I’ve tried lots and lots of kind of strange things in recipes. Even though I’m a crazy, picky eater, I still try new things. I have to admit, this is one of the more weird ones, but also one of the most tasty ones.
I love tangy things. I love soup. I love THIS soup. And to be honest, when I made it, I was completely expecting to hate it. And so was my son. (daddy was away) And when we sat down to eat it… we both took a bite and looked and each other and gave a big ol’ grin. And gobbled the rest down. It was that fantastic. Some call it Dill Pickle Soup, some call it Polish Pickle Soup. I like the latter.
