We had our annual apple feast on Sunday, as we prepare for school to start. My husband has taken over the kitchen all day, so our feast was small. Just apple pancakes with cinnamon syrup and apple cider. Nothing too extravagant. We drank our cider over a grueling game of Sorry, in which we (my husband and I) got our tushes handed to us. But… the pancakes were fantastic. I made them from scratch for the first time and they turned out amazing! I found several recipes and kind of mis-mashed them together.
