Tomorrow is Fat Tuesday and in preparation I’ll be making these…and then I’ll be making them into Praline Brownies (look for that one tomorrow, as well as an awesome jambalya recipe!) There is a shop that we frequented while in NOLA. Aunt Sallys. They have the best pralines. And they have free samples…which makes it an awesome place to visit. I loved their chocolate ones. And the ones without nuts, but in order to celebrate, I thought the pecans needed to be included.
