When you set out to re-do a new home there are a few things you should be warned about. It always takes at least twice as long as what you thought. And things that, even things made of rock and dirt, are super expensive, if not the most expensive.
Which is why I had to wait a couple years for the cement leading to my door to be poured. And I still have soooooo much more to replace, but this was a great, refreshing start.
We laid the little tilers on the sides last year. They themselves made a huge difference.
The cement is stamped and my stairs were rebuilt to get them up to code, which I didn’t even know they weren’t at code in the first place.
I will have to re-do some paint, but that shouldn’t be too much of a problem.
